BereavementOf course She smiles.  Not out of happiness, but the mere habit of smiling.  
All around, Her family and friends dance and amble, each with their own agendas and timelines.  Sharing witticisms, assailing one another with praise and polite interference.     
She sits humbly. Smiles. Nods. Thank you, you're all so kind.  
It's good to see you too. Eighteen summers too many.  Her cheeks are beginning to hurt but that's evanescent, considering.   
Her family is lost, they've forgotten her and they're happy.  They're all shining, laughing. Someone snorts.  Her room is sinking, flound Bereavement

GoodbyeThey always said that parting was such sweet sorrow,   but I've always thought them decievers.  Yet as the tale bequeaths emotions to it's victim,   so too do my memories cry to me.  Love's tears will never be sweet.   
To watch you disappear against my conviction,   was perhaps punishment enough for "goodbye".  And as I headed down my own mandatory path,   you'd already passed behind your own corner.  That last wave, our final intimacy.

MurdererEndless words which thou ask to hear of me,  none of which convey my truth. You see,  As complicated as it might seem for you,  there's more at work than 'murder'. It's true,  she screamed as children might, but what  tears of innocence cry the wicked? Not  echoes of pain and loss in their eyes,  but inner fights. With their demise,  I found, meant not the end for them.  They of course live on in thou; and then  thine eyes imitate their fear.  I know  thou think'st me unkind, but let me show  thou that I only offer what thou love most:  a trip to see thine loved ones. Almost like Abandonment

This deviantArt has essentially fallen into disuse and I've gotten some complaints that I'm not using it and I should be.

Well, I haven't really been struck with any writing crazes lately - and if I do it's often only in my notebook for my eyes only.

So, I will officially abandon this deviantArt - leaving up my submissions - but will no longer post journal entries at this location.
